The Rate Loading Analyst will execute Trax’s rate loading process to maintain rate contracts and rate cards for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, perform quality checks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will serve as coaches to rate loading partners and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and interpreting rate structures to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Review rate inputs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.
  • Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • LDA II certified in Trax
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on strategic resolution and process optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels.
  • Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.
