Job Summary

The Company Nurse / Administrative Officer is responsible for providing basic occupational health services to employees while supporting administrative functions related to government compliance, employee benefits, office supplies, and facility requirements. The role ensures employee well-being, regulatory compliance, and efficient administration of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

A. Company Nurse Duties

  • Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
  • Assess employee health concerns and recommend appropriate medical action.
  • Maintain employee medical records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Monitor workplace health and safety conditions.
  • Coordinate medical referrals, annual physical examinations, and health-related activities.
  • Assist in emergency response and incident management.
  • Maintain and monitor clinic supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.

B. Administrative Duties

Inventory and Purchasing Management

  • Manage inventory of medicines, cleaning supplies, and office supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure adequate supply levels to support business operations.

Government Compliance and Reporting

  • Prepare and file monthly PhilHealth Employer Remittance Reports and related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit EZMPR (Electronic Monthly Progress Report) and other required government reports.
  • Prepare and submit DOLE Accident, Incident, and Illness Reports within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain records of government compliance submissions and supporting documents.

Insurance Administration

  • Process employee insurance enrollments and deactivations.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers regarding employee coverage, claims, and policy concerns.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding insurance benefits and eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain employee and administrative records.
  • Assist in HR and office administration activities as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational health, company nursing, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PhilHealth, DOLE reporting requirements, and employee insurance administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with regular interaction with employees.
  • Willing to work on EMEA Shift from (3PM - 12MD)
  • May be required to respond to workplace emergencies and health-related incidents.
  • Project-based employment for 6 months
