Position Overview:

A Sales Operations Analyst at Trustwave serves as the frontline operational expert for our global team of sellers. As a vital member of the Global Sales team, you will collaborate with sellers throughout the sales process, ensuring compliance with internal legal, financial, and delivery procedures, and meeting booking/revenue targets. Your role is pivotal in resolving challenges and providing expertise, allowing our sellers to focus on winning deals rather than sorting through paperwork. Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders efficiently.
  • Quickly solve problems while looking to improve and optimize processes and systems.
  • Assist sellers with contract routing, recording, distribution, and execution of approved contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in finance, delivery, and legal to resolve issues.
  • Review, validate, and document sales transactions using our global CRM system, Salesforce.com.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and training to sellers on sales systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Continuously improve/enhance training and onboarding techniques and tools for all Trustwave sellers.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data and records as needed.
  • Develop, apply, and enforce best practices to ensure Salesforce data integrity.
  • Advocate for sales and sales ops processes to drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Assist with analytical, reporting, administrative, and operational tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel, including proficiency in Pivot tables and importing SFDC data.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, business operations, financial analysis, or sales support is advantageous but not required.

  • Ability to suggest actions and remedies to colleagues and supervisors when conflicts arise.
  • Highly adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to enforce corporate requirements while ensuring a positive experience with sellers.
  • Capacity to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Dedication to achieving "zero defects" in work quality.
  • High comfort-level with on-camera, video-conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional quality.
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods (e.g., financial period ends).
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to empathize with sellers and team members.
  • A willingness to work with flexibility and outside of standard working hours as required by the role.
  • Familiarity with security or technology-related industries is preferred.
  • Must be a strong “team player” able to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take the initiative and own key tasks and objectives.
  • Ability to see tasks through to conclusion with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
