About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and versatile Senior Comms and Marketing Manager to tell LevelBlue’s story from the inside out. In this role, you will own two critical engines of our communications strategy: our Social Media presence and our Internal Communications infrastructure. You will act as the voice of the brand across social channels while simultaneously serving as a key connector for our workforce during times of growth and change. This is an ideal position for someone who loves data-driven social strategy but also cares deeply about employee engagement and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Employee Advocacy
- Strategic Ownership: Architect and execute a multi-channel social roadmap (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) designed to increase share of voice against competitors and drive measurable website traffic.
- Paid & Organic Synergy: Partner with Revenue Marketing to deploy "boosted" campaigns that nurture the funnel, turning social engagement into awareness and leads.
- Employee Advocacy Program: Scale our employee advocacy platform, transforming our workforce into walking billboards to exponentially increase organic reach.
- Performance Analytics: Move beyond vanity metrics; report quarterly on engagement rates, audience growth, and broader impact.
- Internal Communications & Organizational Alignment
- Executive Visibility: Orchestrate high-impact Town Halls, crafting the narrative arc for leadership to ensure clarity on business goals and inspire confidence during rapid growth.
- Change Management: Serve as the communications hub for M&A integrations and organizational shifts, ensuring information flows seamlessly to minimize friction and maintain productivity.
- Culture & Retention: Collaborate with HR to amplify internal wins and values-based stories, directly targeting improvements in employee retention and satisfaction.
- Strategic PR & Marketing Support
- Unified Narrative: Partner with the Director of PR & Communications to drive a strategy where internal messaging aligns perfectly with external and social messaging.
- Media Relations: Support the PR engine with new ideas and support to help secure placements in Tier-1 trade and business publications.
- Crisis Response: Assist in maintaining robust crisis communication playbooks across social and other platforms to protect brand equity during critical incidents.
- Client Newsletter Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy for the weekly client newsletter. Transform this from a generic update into a value-driven asset that reduces churn and highlights product innovation.
