The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across new and existing accounts in the UK market. This is a senior, hands-on sales role responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and selling a broad portfolio of cyber security services across multiple verticals. You will work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to position LevelBlue as a trusted security partner to mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Drive new business development, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Sell LevelBlue’s portfolio including managed cyber security services, penetration testing, and security solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline across multiple industry verticals
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align solutions to business needs
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools
- Stay current on cyber security trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within cyber security, IT services, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing both new and existing accounts
- Ability to sell complex, consultative solutions with long sales cycles
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable selling across multiple verticals and adapting messaging accordingly
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
