Commercial Counsel Job DescriptionLevelBlue is seeking a qualified Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and play a key role in supporting the global commercial transactions practice for a leading cybersecurity company. The Commercial Counsel will work with a global team of contracts professionals within our legal team (based in the United States, Japan, and Australia) as we support LevelBlue stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive growth and solve business problems. This is your opportunity to join a growing organization in a fast-paced and exciting industry.Responsibilities Work with a global team of contracts analysts and attorneys to support the global sales organizationReview, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including master service and technology agreements with clients and vendors on both LevelBlue and third-party paperPartner with finance, sales operations, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processesAdvise multiple business units on strategic business initiatives, balancing legal considerations with business realitiesSupport legal team initiatives and projects Basic Qualifications JD from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar2-3 years combined experience in law firm or in-house legal department, including experience negotiating and drafting technology, consulting and professional services agreementsContract drafting and negotiation experienceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively and autonomously with clients and business leaders at all levels of the organizationAbility to partner collaboratively with internal business teams and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working for or with multinational companies or clientsFamiliarity with technical concepts in security software and servicesInterest or experience in employment law, data privacy, or litigationExperience in supporting sales departments as an internal client Why Join LevelBlue?At LevelBlue, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of a team making a real difference in the world of cybersecurity.
