This individual will serve as the primary liaison between us and the distribution of our Services . The CAM will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive pipeline growth, improve collaboration, and increase opportunity closure across the region.Key Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with our partners sales & engineering teams, and individual sellers across the designated US region.Serve as the primary LevelBlue representative, promoting the full breadth of LevelBlue’s offerings. Go-To-Market Execution: Design and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned with both LevelBlue and the TSD business priorities.Develop sales enablement programs to educate Distribution sellers on LevelBlue capabilities, value propositions, and competitive differentiators. Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management: Drive the identification, registration, and initial qualification of new sales opportunities within the TSD ecosystem before handing them off to LevelBlue direct sales teams.Ensure coordination between T.S.D's and LevelBlue sales teams to facilitate smooth handoffs, co-selling, and opportunity closure. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs including: Pipeline Growth: New, Resell, and Renewal pipeline metrics.Opportunity Volume: Number of opportunities generated and registered.Opportunity Mix: Diversity of services and products in the pipeline.Seller Engagement: Number of unique T.S.D sellers contributing to the pipeline.Sales Coordination: Measured improvement in opportunity closure rates. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with LevelBlue sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support the success of the T.S.D partnership.Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance partner experience and improve field engagement. Qualifications:Required: 5+ years of experience in channel account management, partner sales, or strategic alliance roles in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSSP industry.Experience selling within the Telco vertical is a preference.Proven experience managing large partner ecosystems, ideally with or within a Distributor.Deep understanding of partner/channel sales dynamics and go-to-market strategies.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work across a matrixed organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Ability to travel across the US region allocated as needed. Preferred: Experience working with or within Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).Strong familiarity with AT&T’s organizational structure, sales processes, and cybersecurity offerings.
