This role requires the candidate to be fluent in speaking and writing in English. To be successful in this role, candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and work independently in a team environment. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required. This position is client facing and has high visibility across the company including sales, operations, finance, and service functions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collection activities for assigned customer portfolios.Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce overdue balances.Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on payment risk and valueContact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment commitments.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Billing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, deductions, payment disputes and other client concerns.Maintain accurate collection notes, customer communication records, and account status updates in ERP/CRM systems.Identify high-risk accounts and escalate potential bad debts to management.Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.Perform cash application to ensure clear paid invoices and work with clients to resolve unapplied cash receiptsAssist with other projects on an as-needed basis, as directed by management. Qualifications: Work experience (1+ year) in an administrative or customer facing role preferredIntermediate Excel and Word skills.Strong problem solving and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Proven ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-paced growing environment.Working knowledge of accounting software / ERP system – preferably NetSuiteWe prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment. Education: BCA / B.Tech graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology or related fields.
