The role coordinates pricing, pre-sales validation, deal review, order processing, customer billing validation, vendor fulfillment, procurement, invoice reconciliation, and post-sales support to promote accurate execution and responsive service.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Pricing and Rate Letter Creation: Prepare pricing and rate letters in support of customer opportunities and operational requests using Microsoft ExcelPre-Sales Account Validation: Validate account information and pre-sales requirements before a deal advances to order processing.Deal Structure Review and Approval: Review proposed deal structures and coordinate required approvals.Order Validation and OPUS Placement: Validate order information and ensure orders are placed accurately in OPUS.Customer Billing Validation: Review and validate OPUS customer billing information for accuracy and alignment with the order.Vendor Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order fulfillment with vendors and track requests through completion.Post-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support related to license usage and billing status.Vendor Procurement: Execute and coordinate vendor procurement activities required to fulfill approved orders.Vendor Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor invoices against procurement, fulfillment, and billing information; identify discrepancies for resolution. Required Qualifications Experience supporting order management, billing operations, procurement, vendor management, sales operations, or related business functions.Ability to review financial and operational data for completeness and accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and follow through to resolution.Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the willingness to learn enterprise order, billing, and procurement systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile security products, licensing, or managed service operations.Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Teams.Familiarity with rate letters, deal approval processes, vendor invoices, and reconciliation workflows.
