UpScriptHealth is the leading provider of telehealth services for pharmaceutical partners offering medications direct-to-consumer leading to better access and lower cost. HCPs in our network, diagnose, treat, and prescribe for dozens of conditions.
Doctor Matrix Medical Group, the physician network also has a tele-optometry platform. Patients will schedule a visit with licensed ECP to discuss dry eye disease. ECPs can set their own schedule.
We are actively recruiting high caliber eye care professionals nationwide to join our existing network to provide telemedicine services.
Requirements
Approximately $8-15 per completed consultation
On average providers can complete 6-10 consultations an hour depending on states where you practice. Anticipated high volume program.
A completed consultation is either an approval or denial of prescription request. There is NO incentive to prescribe.
Employment Type: Contract
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary: $80 - $120 Hourly
Bonus/Commission: No

Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry
- Active license(s) in one of the following states: Kansas, N. Dakota, N. Mexico, S. Dakota, or W. Virginia
- Familiar with treating patients with symptoms of dry eye disease
- Friendly and compassionate dedicated to providing quality care
- Multi-licensed preferred
- Reliable professionals who can set dedicated hours to conduct visits with patients

- Dispensing Glasses
- Optical Knowledge
- Eye exams
- Lensometry
- Autorefractor
- Ocular Disease
- Set and manage your own schedule (no minimum or maximum hours)
- Patients will schedule visits based on your availability
- Login to our web-based Prescriber Portal to conduct store and forward, audio or video visits
- Full access to view Patient Medical File and Order History to determine if the prescription request should be approved during visit.
