Doctor Matrix Medical Group, the physician network also has a tele-optometry platform. Patients will schedule a visit with licensed ECP to discuss dry eye disease. ECPs can set their own schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry
• Active license(s) in one of the following states: Kansas, N. Dakota, N. Mexico, S. Dakota, or W. Virginia

Highlights/Responsibilities

• Set and manage your own schedule (no minimum or maximum hours)
• Patients will schedule visits based on your availability
• Login to our web-based Prescriber Portal to conduct store and forward, audio or video visits
• Full access to view Patient Medical File and Order History to determine if the prescription request should be approved during visit.

Compensation

Approximately $8-15 per completed consultation

On average providers can complete 6-10 consultations an hour depending on states where you practice. Anticipated high volume program.

A completed consultation is either an approval or denial of prescription request. There is NO incentive to prescribe.
