What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and high-performing Talent Coordinator to support our busy recruiting and human resources team with job creation and posting, sourcing, offer creation, onboarding, change letters, and other general administrative duties as needed. You will support recruiting efforts for all of our divisions and markets located across the globe by, seeking out and maintaining creative advertising channels to attract candidates for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, and directly contribute to our team objective to provide an exceptional experience for our hiring managers, our candidates, and our employees while bringing top talent to Vacasa.

This is an entry-level position. Prior HR experience preferred, but not required. Must have experience working in an administrative function. Please review additional skills requirements below.

This is a hybrid position working 1 - 2 days from our office in Santiago, Chile and the rest remote / work from home. Please ensure that you upload an English version of your resume / C.V.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor incoming requisition requests, create draft requisition and submit requests for approval in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Review applications and interview candidates for entry-level positions.
  • Support additional candidate sourcing by proactively seeking out and engaging passive candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and other members of the Talent Acquisition and greater People and Culture teams.
  • Work cross-functionally within the broader Human Resources team and across the organization.
  • Support our Recruiters and Hiring Managers in additional advertisements, and maintain job postings across multiple channels.
  • Support special projects and events including but not limited to Intern and Guest Workers programs hiring events, process documentation, sourcing reports, and over company goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide cross coverage for Chile based HR team as needed.
  • Other general administrative tasks as assigned, because every day is different.

The Skills You’ll Need

  • Fully bilingual English / Spanish required.
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience supporting administrative functions in a professional setting. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting or other HR functions preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience working in a remote setting is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks in an ever evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Focus on continuous improvement.
  • Tech savvy and capable of learning new systems quickly.
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with candidates, community partners and key stakeholders at every level across the organization.
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise.
