What we’re looking for
We’re searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. This person will be supporting the Local Housekeeping Department and Operations Team, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and well cared for, meeting and maintaining Vacasa’s Standard Unit Appearance Guidelines and correcting any/all inconsistencies in units entered.
Compensation
- $16 - $17 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

What you’ll do
- Frequently travel between units, delivering supplies to housekeepers, aiding guests, running errands, etc.
- Conduct unit inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure guest-readiness
- Support and/or perform linen services as required, including washing, drying, folding, sorting, labeling, organizing etc. Vacasa laundry items such as linen, terry, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
- Complete a variety of minor maintenance tasks within units, such as cable/wifi troubleshooting, replacing light bulbs and batteries in TV remote controls, cleaning hot tubs, etc.
- Support and/or perform housekeeping duties as required when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.
- Observe and report any damages, maintenance issues, and/or potential safety hazards observed while in units.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative business relationships with fellow team members and management team
- Assist colleagues and management team as necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of professional housekeeping and inspection processes, prior housekeeping experience a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to change assignments frequently based on needs of the business.

What You’ll Need
- Reliable transportation required
Work Environment
- Mostly indoor, inside units, however travel between units will require exposure to outdoor environment
- Much autonomy (unsupervised) in completion of assigned tasks.
Availability
- Available to work Sunday through Saturday
- Weekends
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Typically fixed schedule of 5 days per week, with flexibility for more/less days based on business needs.

Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years of age. Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.
