Do you excel in fast-paced food environments where exceptional customer service and attention to detail is a must? We’d love to have you as a Food Runner! In this role, you’ll support our Servers in our top-tier food and beverage service to guests and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for everyone at our resort.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 05/20/25 and work through end of season on or around 11/15/25. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- $9.98 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

What You’ll Do
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving any guest requests.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to an established side-work checklist.
- Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the current meal period.
- Keep all tables cleaned and properly set according to property specific standards.
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom area according to established standards.
- Answer the phone in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist fellow employees as needed throughout the shift.
- Provide service to guests in waiter's absence as needed.
- Maintain beverage levels in glasses/cups on table at least ¾ full at all times. (coffee, tea, soda, lemonade, and water).
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Other tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to give high priority to customer service.
- Must be detail oriented.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
