Are you ready to be our new People & Culture Business Partner?

Let’s discuss why you should join our Vamp world.

We are building the future of Influencer marketing! In just eight years, we've grown to six offices globally, built an invite-only network of 30,000+ creators and influencers and worked with some of the world’s largest brands. We’ve also been recognised by Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing companies in Australia, and all of Asia Pacific, for the past four years. And guess what? We are ready to scale even further.

We are looking for thinkers and doers. Those that aren’t afraid of change but rather adapt and embrace it. This is the MOST exciting time to join our journey as you will have a real opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the direction and future of our company. We want to empower you to influence the success of Vamp and are #allin when it comes to supporting you and each other.

Due to our exciting growth, we now have an opening for a People & Culture BP, based remotely but ideally located near our hub in Sydney. This role will be pivotal in embedding our people practices and taking our culture to the next level.

So what are we all working towards? I am glad you asked.

The mission!

We're building a single global platform to connect, create, manage, and report on your influencer campaigns for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This will enable brands and content creators to grow their businesses through the power of influencer marketing.

How can you help?

In this standalone role, you will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing people operation strategies that align with our mission. You will identify game changing opportunities and work across Vamp to bring these to life. In your first few months you will complete a review of our existing People frameworks and processes, to identify and determine our future priorities, continuously seeking ways we can improve. Your goal is to design, build and implement world class people practices that are aligned across the global organisation, helping to create one of the best places to work.

While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Employee Experience - In conjunction with the broader business, strategise and design programs that build a strong connection between Vamp and their people. Programs include reward and recognition strategies, employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, retention strategies, events, celebrations and Vamp Traditions
  • Collaborating with our leaders to ensure Vamp’s policies are updated regularly and reflect industry standards, always with our culture and ways of working front of mind.
  • Compliance - Taking responsibility for all HR compliance needs such as generating employee agreements and being across relevant employment legislation and updates, whilst also maintaining our HRIS, HiBob.
  • Performance Management - Collaborating with Vampers to seek feedback and continuously evolve our performance management framework (OKRs, performance review process), so that we are all aligned and clear on our goals and vision and can get the best from our people. Extending these learnings into the development and execution of an L&D program which is right sized for Vamp
  • Employee Relations – Acting as the point of contact for all people and HR related queries and issues, responding in an appropriate manner. You will also handle employee relations matters should they arise, and coach our people leaders on how to respond to these situations, such as disciplinary or performance issues.
  • Contributing proactively towards the overall culture and employee experience for our Vampers, continually producing ways Vampers stay aligned, up to date and connected internally.
  • Supporting the design of an engaging onboarding program, allowing new Vampers to get up to speed and hit the ground running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What you’ll bring to Vamp

  • You are an ambitious People & Culture professional with a strong HR generalist background.
  • You have worked in a standalone role in an innovative, growing tech business, ideally with teams across multiple regions. HR knowledge of the other markets where we have Vampers would be a huge advantage but is not required.
  • You wholeheartedly care about people and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • You are familiar with owning and maintaining HR Systems, HiBob is a huge plus!
  • You are an active learner who loves constantly exploring new ideas and ways of doing things.
  • You are a doer, not just a talker. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty and are all in when it comes to the success of Vampers.
  • You don’t shy from a challenge and are resourceful when seeking answers or information in areas that are new to you

What Vamp brings to you

The most exciting career journey of all time. Becoming a Vamper means:

  • A voice - You are empowered to influence Vamp. This is a place where we speak up, not speak down.
  • A focus on mental health - We believe more workplaces should make it a priority.
  • Ahead of the game - Being at the forefront of an exciting fast-growing industry
  • Flexibility - Have a say on how you do your best work with our flexible working culture.
  • Vamp life balance - A healthy Vamper is a happy Vamper. We provide leave so you stay.
  • Ownership - We have an equity plan for our Vampers because when our value says #allin, we mean it.
  • A meaningful impact on creators around the world.
  • Being part of a work culture like no other - why should Saturday and Sunday have all the fun!

So, what’s next?

It’s important that our culture fits you - and provides a place for growth, challenge, and satisfaction.

  • Are you passionate about amplifying creativity and helping content creators pursue their dreams?
  • Do you welcome change and adapt easily to a growing business?
  • Do you stay curious about improvement and solutions?
  • Are you seeking somewhere you can bring your whole self to work?
  • Do you want to be part of a team that collaborates and celebrates?

If you answer yes to these questions, we’d be thrilled to meet with you.
