Job Summary:

What You Can Expect

  • Forge new, scalable relationships with top-tier brands by understanding their influencer marketing needs and showcasing the value of Vamp's offering
  • Proactively ideate and build GTM narratives that resonate with relevant customer profiles, building net new deal flow
  • Apply critical thinking & identify opportunities to add value to brands by elevating their existing approach to creator activity, resulting in revenue growth for Vamp
  • Craft world-class response-to-brief and tenders that win work for Vamp
  • Operate as an expert voice within the Creator marketing landscape, with a sound knowledge of best practices, innovation and other emerging opportunities for brands to test.
  • Actively seek out & create environments to connect with net new brands including, roundtables, industry gatherings and tailored learning sessions.
  • Analyse market data and trends to develop strategic business plans and deliver compelling presentations
  • Own the sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure, controlling deal velocity throughout all stages of sales pipeline to meet and exceed target.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Martech/Adtech/eCommerce, engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Proven ability to understand and address customer needs, consistently exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with closing new client sales, including commercial terms and pricing models.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, resourceful environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in media/marketing agencies and social media.
