Join Vamp as a Client Partner

The Client Partner is a business strategist and expert at building relationships within key accounts. They have a deep understanding of the customers’ current and longer-term business objectives and operate in a trusted advisor capacity - as an extension of the customer’s own marketing team. They are skilled in presenting business value, understand how to articulate Vamp’s proposition and pull together internal teams to deliver optimal results for their customer. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the customer and Vamp each derive maximum value from the partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Planning

  • Create account plans focusing on core strategies and objectives to meet spending targets and CSAT goals.
  • Define activities to expand Vamp's presence within a customer's business, targeting new brands, departments, and budget holders.
  • Become a trusted advisor and expert on the customer's marketing/e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Capture evolving customer needs and track progress toward contract renewal.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular reviews with key decision-makers to evaluate partnership performance and explore new ideas.
  • Discuss future campaigns, introduce relevant trends, and update clients on Vamp's product features.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring successful transitions and setup for success.
  • Act as a champion for Vamp, building credibility and reinforcing thought leadership in influencer marketing.

Client Delivery

  • Oversee account health, ensuring high delivery standards and proactive communication on campaign status.
  • Own account forecasts, identify potential issues, and conduct renewal reviews with leadership.
  • Advocate for customers to the Product/Engineering team and provide feedback on talent needs to the Community team.

What you'll bring to the table…

  • 3+ years of sales or commercial experience in collaborating with senior decision-makers
  • A deep understanding and demonstrable track record of partnering with B2B customers
  • A consistent record of exceeding customer expectations and growth targets
  • A ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality - as we’re a growing business you’ll need to feel comfortable working with lean resources and being inventive to deliver results
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with media/marketing agencies, and within the social media space would be a bonus.
