Job Summary
This leave-coverage role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to temporarily join our high-performing Australian team, with the scope to secure an ongoing role.
As Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for building paid campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), optimising outcomes against set objectives to maximise outcomes for clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll represent Vamp at the highest level with key clients to grow and shape our business.
The leave coverage period is from Monday 28 October 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024 (8 weeks), requiring availability 3-5 days per week. There will be a ramp-up period to onboard/handover at least 1 day per week starting ASAP. There is an opportunity for an ongoing part-time role.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Develop campaign strategy for Vamp’s paid media clients
- Manage spend levels and margins against investment and KPIs
- Manage content selection and creative development
- Campaign management including campaign build and media buying
- Test variables and optimise campaign performance
- Evaluate data to inform decision-making
- Report to clients with in-depth analysis, insights and learnings
- Leverage an understanding of the marketing funnel and campaign techniques to support each phase of the customer journey, and to measure the success of campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in a paid media/performance role
- Strong experience with social ad managers including Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Autonomous and self-motivated, whilst having strong teamwork and communication skills - including the ability to work across time zones
- High-level analytical skills, and experience distilling data to drive decisions and results
- Attention to precision and the ability to handle multiple priorities under time pressure
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, resourceful environment
