We’re seeking a Creator Community Lead for APAC to join our journey, working with our incredible clients to take their campaigns to the next level. If you’re passionate about empowering brands, shaping the future of influencer marketing, and making a meaningful impact—this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

As Creator Community Lead, you’ll work with our Global Head of Creator to be the heartbeat of our creator network across APAC, ensuring our community feels empowered, valued, inspired, and set up for success. You’ll work at the intersection of community building, creator relations, and strategic partnerships, strengthening Vamp’s reputation as the go-to platform for creators and talent managers alike.

Support our Brand Partners

  • Optimise creator discovery by curating high-quality talent pools that align with brand objectives
  • Lead the sourcing and onboarding of creators for specific collaboration opportunities and client requests
  • Streamline creator onboarding processes, providing clear guidance to creators, setting expectations, and maximising campaign success
  • Representing Vamp in the market (creators, talent managers, brands) as the resident creator expert
  • Act as a consultant/advisor for Sales and key customers on local creator strategies and best practices
  • Build strategic relationships with key talent managers that help inform our product strategy for this customer type

Build & Strengthen Creator Relationships

  • Implement scalable community engagement strategies that foster a sense of belonging, inspiration, and long-term loyalty among creators
  • Host meetups, events, and activations to build strong, authentic relationships with creators and deepen their connection to the Vamp community
  • Develop strong relationships with talent managers, gaining a deep understanding of their rosters and identifying opportunities to collaborate effectively
  • Maintain a structured feedback loop, ensuring creator insights and experiences directly influence product improvements, campaign structures, and platform innovation
  • Stay ahead of market trends, proactively surfacing top-tier talent into the Vamp ecosystem

Be the Voice of our Creator Community

  • Advocate for creators internally—champion their needs, challenges, and ideas across Vamp’s product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Provide data-driven insights on creator engagement and campaign performance
  • Help shape platform updates, features, and services that elevate the creator experience

What You Bring to Vamp

You’re a people-first powerhouse with a passion for influencers, social media, and community building. You don’t just manage relationships—you nurture and grow them. You’re curious, strategic, and solutions-oriented, with a knack for keeping creators engaged, informed, and inspired.

  • 3+ years experience in Creator Relations, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Community Building
  • A deep understanding of influencer culture, social media platforms, and the evolving creator economy
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with creators, talent managers and/or agencies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—you can manage expectations while keeping everyone happy
  • A community-first mindset—you know how to keep creators engaged, excited, and actively participating
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple projects and relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem solver with a strategic mindset—you love figuring out how to elevate the creator experience
  • Tech-savvy with experience in social media analytics, influencer platforms, and CRM tools like HubSpot
