We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager for APAC to join our journey, working with our incredible clients to take their campaigns to the next level. What You’ll Do
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with our Sales Leads and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience resulting in high customer satisfaction, retention and growth. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, their advisor on how to drive success in our channel, and their project manager leading the end-to-end implementation of all managed campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our customers when they buy our services
- Become an expert across the Vamp platform and our service offering
- Onboard and enable new customers to use the Vamp platform
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Attend industry events
- Become an expert within the creator marketing space, staying on top of trends and best practices
- Become an expert on our partners, their best practices and ad policies to set our customers up for success
What you’ll bring to Vamp
An experienced team player with past experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes. Excited about the opportunity to work with creative, passionate colleagues to build an effective, profitable, and growing company.
- 3-4 years of experience in PR, Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-focused approach
- Problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused attitude
- Highly organised and punctual
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams, keeping to a budget
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM or similar
- Experience within the influencer/creator marketing space
