Reporting

You will report to the Head of Customer Enablement.

Location

The role is located at our stunning office at The Commons in Sydney, and requires a minimum of 3 days each week at the office.

Job Summary

As Client Delivery Lead, you will lead the delivery and growth of our most strategic client accounts; overseeing complex, multi-channel influencer marketing campaigns while championing service excellence and client satisfaction. Operating within our agency services team and reporting to the Head of Customer Enablement, this role blends client leadership, campaign execution, and team management.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end account success: leading a team, owning delivery outcomes, deepening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth. While grounded in service delivery, the role also plays a key part in shaping our future: uncovering insights from client work to inform improvements across our product, platform, and customer experience.

Success in this role means consistently delivering high-impact campaigns, growing account value, and enabling your team to perform at their best and also contributing to the evolution of our delivery model and integrated agency–SaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the strategic lead across a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their brand, business priorities, and campaign goals.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions with clients and cross-functional teams to shape proactive, data-informed campaign strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Actively identify and surface commercially relevant insights, risks, or growth opportunities within client accounts — partnering with the Sales team to support strategic upsell, renewal, or expansion conversations.
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and executive-level reporting that reinforce value and trust.

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Oversee the strategic planning and full lifecycle execution of complex influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Vamp’s delivery standards.
  • Oversee project scoping, timeline creation, creator strategy, and delivery milestones — ensuring operational excellence and campaign impact.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot delivery challenges with a solutions-first mindset, ensuring early escalation, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Serve as the key point of contact for brand stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
  • Set and maintain high standards of communication, transparency, and service throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned with brand goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Support the Head of Customer Enablement on customer health and retention initiatives—helping to monitor key account signals, mitigate risk, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the customer journey.

Optimisation & Enablement

  • Translate frontline delivery insights into actionable opportunities for product and service innovation, proactively identifying functionality gaps, client pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Act as a strategic voice of the customer, surfacing trends, feedback, and behavioural signals to support product-led growth, platform adoption, and commercial expansion.
  • Document and scale campaign best practices, playbooks, and process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and growth across the Customer Enablement function.
  • Mentor and enable junior campaign managers, fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing and capability building across the Customer Enablement team.
  • Share industry insights, creator economy trends, and campaign learnings to shape internal thinking and client recommendations.

Measurement & Insights

  • Analyse campaign performance to assess effectiveness against brand KPIs and Vamp’s internal goals, including commercial metrics such as retention, upsell potential, and contribution to Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Develop actionable post-campaign reports that highlight ROI, content performance, and creator impact.
  • Translate data into compelling insights that support client renewals, inform campaign optimisation, and drive measurable business growth.
  • Help evolve Vamp’s measurement frameworks by feeding learnings back into campaign planning, reporting tools, and customer strategy playbooks.

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Client Delivery and Campaign Managers colleagues, supporting skills development, quality control, and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, helping to align internal teams around campaign success and customer value.
  • Support the Head of Customer Enablement in evolving Vamp’s campaign delivery model, identifying areas to streamline, standardise, and scale best practices.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing/campaign management, account management, digital marketing, or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong project management skills, with a bias for action and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with performance data, metrics, or reporting tools.
  • Empathy for creators and customers alike — with a passion for delivering value and elevating outcomes.
