Location
The role is located at our stunning office at The Commons in Sydney, and requires a minimum of 3 days each week at the office.
Job Summary
As a Client Delivery Manager at Vamp, you’ll support the successful delivery of influencer campaigns by managing execution from creator onboarding to campaign wrap-up. You’ll be the bridge between brand expectations and creator output — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to brief, and with impact.
This role sits within the Customer Enablement team. You’ll work closely with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign excellence and a positive customer experience throughout.
Key responsibilities
Customer Onboarding and Consultation
- Partner with Vamp’s Sales Leads to ensure seamless new customer onboarding and platform set-up.
- Deliver consultative calls and meetings with key customers and stakeholders from kick-off calls and platform demos to regular WIP meetings and post-campaign analysis.
- Challenge and consult with customers on their influencer briefs and creator profiles to ensure the best outcomes for their objectives
- Be a Vamp process champion, immersing yourself in our platform and ensuring that the client, as well as the internal team, are utilising the technology correctly to deliver the best results.
Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding through to content completion and insights.
- Undertake project management tasks including timelines tracking, approvals, and asset coordination.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
- Keep internal tools and trackers up to date with campaign progress and key milestones.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any risks or delays proactively.
Customer Success & Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients during active campaigns.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders on status updates, deliverables, and next steps.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and service throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Quality Control & Brand Alignment
- Review creator content to ensure it aligns with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Flag issues early and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges swiftly.
- Champion consistency, accuracy, and polish in all campaign outputs.
Insights & Reporting
- Support the preparation of post-campaign reports, gathering data on performance and outcomes.
- Contribute to translating metrics into meaningful insights for clients and internal learnings.
- Help surface success stories, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
Team Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Client Delivery Lead to identify and escalate blockers.
- Share learnings and contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks.
- Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and enablement sessions to strengthen campaign execution across the team.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, customer success, account management, or digital marketing.
- Experience in influencer marketing is essential.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple campaigns at once.
- Comfortable working with creators and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator with a service mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Familiar with social media platforms and the creator economy.
- Eager to grow your skills in performance analysis and strategic campaign planning.
