Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our high-performing AU

team. As a Client Growth Manager, you will be accountable for cultivating strategic relationships

with social platforms, agencies and brands to accelerate business growth.

Reporting directly to

the CRO, you’ll represent Vamp at the highest level with key industry stakeholders to grow and

shape our business.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Take ownership of key accounts, ensuring consistent service and efficient day-to-day execution
  • Grow, retain, and expand into new areas of key business partners by strategically positioning our technology, service and strategic capability
  • Develop and execute strategies that position Vamp as a preferred supplier within our partner ecosystem (TikTok & Meta)
  • Initiate opportunities that build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep track of market developments, trends and data to craft comprehensive brief responses, add value to our partners and drive acquisition for the region
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive set to identify new opportunities for Vamp, and improve market share and our agency/partner offering
  • Manage partnership agreements and negotiations, including terms, aligning on expectations and ensuring sound ways of working for all parties

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in agency or partner environments, engaging with mid to senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing space, and how it solves problems for brands
  • Existing relationships across the AU media agency holding companies, and existing relationships across Meta & TikTok, allowing you to hit the ground running in the role
  • A critical thinker with a proven ability to understand and address customer needs
  • A consultative seller who has consistently exceeded previous sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with closing sales
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, resourceful environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in media/marketing
  • agencies and social media.
