This role will be based out of our Indore office 5 days a week

The Revenue Operations function at Vena provides operational support and partnership to the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience departments. This role would be assisting the team in the day-to-day aspects of the revenue operations mandate across process, technology and reporting

What you will do:

  • Own ongoing administrative tasks and processes within different revenue functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Training
  • Optimize existing processes and help with the implementation of new processes
  • Own and assist with ongoing activities of administration, configuration and support of our operations technology stack
  • Respond to routine internal team requests and support the successful resolution of issues
  • Support with regular and ad hoc reporting requirements to help the key business decision making process, including validation of data completeness and accuracy
  • Support maintenance of customer and prospect database
  • Other duties as assigned

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in administration capacity within SaaS technology
  • Desire to learn all aspects of revenue operations: data, systems and change management
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and can-do attitude
  • Capacity to get things done quickly with a strong sense of urgency while managing the priorities towards their deadlines
  • Proficiency - or better yet passion - for data and tools (Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI)
  • Experience with other tools such as Hubspot, Docebo, Mavenlink, Gong, Zendesk, Gainsight/Vitally would be an asset
