This role will be working out of our Indore office 5 days a week and is required to work an evening shift (3pm to 12am IST) to support our North American team.

Reporting to the VP, Practice Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of consultants who deliver professional services engagements. This player-coach role is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in people leadership.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Deliver billable services and achieve the department billable utilization target.
• Provide hands-on coaching to your onshore and offshore direct reports including solutioning advice, product best practices and helping them overcome implementation roadblocks.
• Hire, coach and grow a team of 5-8 consultants, providing 1-on-1 guidance, career development and feedback that helps them succeed.
• Manage key PS metrics for your direct reports, including utilization and forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives that help scale the company such as methodology improvements, rollout of new tools and team enablement sessions
• Elevate ideas that can improve our product, drive efficiencies and reduce time-to-value.
• Travel (as needed) to client site visits
  
  

We'd Love to See

• 4+ years C/EPM working experience, including at least 1 year in a SaaS implementation services environment.
• You care about people and want others to succeed, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills both internally and externally, willing to facilitate some difficult conversations.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm demeanor throughout.
• Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, reporting and consolidations is preferred.
• General knowledge of Vena or other OLAP technology such as Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Analysis Services or similar multidimensional database products.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
  
  

Base salary range 3,403,305 - 4,604,471 INR
