How You'll Make An Impact
- Deliver billable services and achieve the department billable utilization target.
- Provide hands-on coaching to your onshore and offshore direct reports including solutioning advice, product best practices and helping them overcome implementation roadblocks.
- Hire, coach and grow a team of 5-8 consultants, providing 1-on-1 guidance, career development and feedback that helps them succeed.
- Manage key PS metrics for your direct reports, including utilization and forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives that help scale the company such as methodology improvements, rollout of new tools and team enablement sessions
- Elevate ideas that can improve our product, drive efficiencies and reduce time-to-value.
- Travel (as needed) to client site visits
- 4+ years C/EPM working experience, including at least 1 year in a SaaS implementation services environment.
- You care about people and want others to succeed, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills both internally and externally, willing to facilitate some difficult conversations.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm demeanor throughout.
- Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, reporting and consolidations is preferred.
- General knowledge of Vena or other OLAP technology such as Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Analysis Services or similar multidimensional database products.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
