Description

This role will be working out of our Indore office 5 days a week.

Our clients are continuously evolving their financial processes and rely on Vena to support those changes over time. Following implementation, they look to our Customer Adoption team to help optimize, extend, and scale their use of the platform.

This role supports Customer Adoption Managers and Technical Adoption Managers by executing configuration and testing work and does not have direct customer-facing responsibilities.

As part of this team, Associate Consultants play a critical role in executing post-implementation configuration work that supports customer adoption and ongoing value realization. Partnering closely with Technical/Customer Adoption Managers, Associate Consultants configure and enhance existing Vena solutions, ensuring they remain accurate, efficient, and aligned to best practice use cases.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, scalable configuration updates that enable customers to adopt new workflows, improve efficiency, and get more value from their Vena investment. Through attention to detail, strong collaboration, and continuous learning, Associate Consultants help ensure customer environments are well-maintained and ready to support long-term success.

We pride ourselves on building a Customer Adoption organization with deep product expertise, a strong execution mindset, and a commitment to helping customers succeed well beyond go-live.
