Reporting to the Director, Ecosystem & Partner Marketing, the Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator provides executional and operational support to the Partner Marketing function. This role ensures campaigns, enablement programs, and partner initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, driving execution excellence across tools, systems, and reporting.

Reporting to the Director, Ecosystem & Partner Marketing, the Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator provides executional and operational support to the Partner Marketing function. This role ensures campaigns, enablement programs, and partner initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, driving execution excellence across tools, systems, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage partner marketing campaigns, marketing support for enablement programs, and GTM initiatives, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Provide regular operational updates to internal stakeholders aligned to the partner communications calendar, key GTM launches, and events.
- Administer the Market Development Fund (MDF) program, managing invoicing, documentation, and data hygiene; schedule post-campaign debriefs and maintain records of partner utilization.
- Support content creation for partner campaigns and enablement assets by assembling inputs, updating templates, and coordinating with creative resources.
- Support Partner Portal content operations, managing version control, implementing review cadences, and ensuring all marketing content remains current and accessible.
- Serve as the Partner GTM reporting centre-of-excellence (COE), compiling and validating data on partner participation, enablement engagement, and campaign effectiveness, supporting the team in the development of regular reporting update
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency through automation and process optimization, reducing manual work across partner marketing and GTM workflows.
- Maintain version control and quality assurance for Partner GTM AI agents (e.g., Partner Content Generator), ensuring templates, prompts, and guideline libraries remain current and accurate.
- Maintain and continuously improve the team’s digital operating structure, ensuring consistent file organization, documentation, and adherence to the team’s architecture and agent logic.
- Support feedback loops by deploying surveys, compiling results, and summarizing insights for program enhancements.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or project management within B2B SaaS or agency environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with marketing and collaboration platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint, and PRM/portal systems.
- Comfortable handling data — tracking metrics, maintaining dashboards, and identifying process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to spot inefficiencies and recommend practical fixes.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams to scale campaign execution.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
- Experience with Microsoft Planner and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI workflows in marketing or enablement contexts (ChatGPT, Copilot, or custom agents).
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management platforms (e.g. Mind Matrix)
- Prior experience supporting partner marketing, partner enablement, or channel operations is a strong asset.
