Vena Solutions is seeking a Software Developer 2 to help us expand our sophisticated SaaS cloud platform. This role is a great fit for an innovative full-stack engineer with strong experience in backend development and frontend development, who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building scalable, high-performing applications.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Write clean and elegant code
- Create robust, speedy production components and develop prototypes quickly
- Refactor, simplify and optimize code to develop features more effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on features, design and implementation and work cohesively to find solutions
- Contribute to building our environment that embraces continuous integration using automated testing
- Think outside the box, adapting the latest software technologies while developing innovative functionality to improve software performance and usability

We'd Love to See
- You have 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java (backend) and React (frontend), and the ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- You are a well-rounded engineer with experience building and maintaining both backend services and user-facing applications, along with one or more areas of technical depth.
- You have a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including software design, data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- You are proficient in developing scalable backend APIs and modern, responsive frontend applications, with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- You believe in keeping the technology stack current by adopting modern tools, libraries, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies where appropriate.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.
- You have experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
Base salary range 1,567,694 - 2,120,998 INR
