Lead the Financial Strategy Behind Australia’s Clean Energy Future
At Windlab, we’re not just building wind farms—we’re powering a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable future for Australia. As we scale up some of the country’s most innovative renewable energy projects, we’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner – Financial Planning & Analysis to drive strategic insights and financial performance across our high-impact portfolio.
This is more than a finance role—it’s a chance to shape the economics behind the energy transition.
Position Snapshot
Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with our Development, Delivery, and Investment teams to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across our portfolio of wind and hybrid energy projects. In this role, you will provide forward-looking analysis and insights that shape investment and operational decisions, support the business through scenario modelling, performance tracking, and board-level reporting, and drive commercial analysis of major capital expenditure and project pipeline strategy.
What Sets you apart!
We’re looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join our high-performing team. With over 5 years’ experience (ideally in renewables, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries), you'll turn financial data into strategic insights that influence key business decisions.
Bring your commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder skills to a role where you’ll partner with executive leaders and project teams to deliver data-driven outcomes. If you have a talent for turning numbers into narratives and improving financial models, we want to hear from you.
