Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you need to develop expert knowledge of subject matter. Should be proficient in architecting and designing cloud-based solutions but able to adhere to existing designs. Have thorough knowledge and experience with security standards. Also, be knowledgeable of Enterprise Software Design Patterns. ​

This role may be called upon to work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Be able to Make informed decisions and recommendations. Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Leads technical direction for 1 or more domains; Efficiently manages backlogs, stories, grooming; Efficiently manages estimations and project velocity.


ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.JS or React JS a plus)

Experience using C# & MVC patterns

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Working knowledge of agile software development life-cycles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Vue.JS

8+ years of experience using C# & MVC patterns

8+ years of experience with SQL Server

8+ years of experience developing secure, RESTful APIs

Experience with Microsoft Azure
