Job Description

We are looking Level 3 Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the Xplor’s Products and infrastructure. You will be responsible for resolving escalated technical issues in production and provide on-time support to resolve these issues.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional hands-on frontend software development experience.
  • Experience building web applications using HTML, CSS, and at least one JavaScript framework like React.js, Ember.js, Vue.js
  • Good understanding of usability issues in web applications.
  • Willingness to collaborate with Product and designers during discovery and implementation.
  • Understands how to build accessible, internationalized, localized, responsive web applications.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Typescript, Webpack, Micro-frontends
  • Familiar with native Web APIs (eg: Background Sync API, Web Workers API, Push API, Web Components, etc..)
  • Experience with REST/JSON APIs
  • Experience deploying Frontend single-page applications, client or server side rendered.
