About the opportunity

You'll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we've brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets. We offer market-leading software products to gyms, health clubs, leisure, parks & recreation centers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Onboarding, you’ll lead the Mariana Tek Onboarding Team—responsible for successfully launching new clients onto our platform. The team takes pride in ensuring every launch is a smooth, seamless experience for our customers. This Implementation Manager role will lead the implementation of enterprise clients with large numbers of locations and complex needs. This is an ideal role for someone who has prior experience in the SaaS onboarding and implementation space, or significant client-facing project management experience.

Some of the other responsibilities include :

  • Directly lead the onboarding team of 25
  • Understand the customer business model and identify business and technical requirements related to the implementation of Mariana Tek platform
  • Oversee and make suggestion to scale the onboarding process and product to continuously improve the implementation of our product
  • Be a technical expert on the Mariana Tek Platform, translating client needs into actionable solutions that can be implemented via our software
  • Provide project management advice, leadership, and direction to Onboarding Specialists to deliver exceptional professional services
  • Support program/projects on standard methodology, tools and templates and lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Support Sales team with SOW development and contract negotiation.
  • Consult clients on technical best practices and advise proposed solutions that fully leverage our products
  • Assist in the creation of and administration of quality assurance processes of client integrations, platform configurations, and data migrations
  • Work with customer education to ensure training materials reflect the evolving onboarding process
  • Act as an escalation point for onboarding specialists, working as the liaison between the customer and various departments within the organization, including Sales, Engineering, and Support to develop solutions and drive customer alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Engineering to deliver additional resources as needed

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $110k-130k

- Eligible for quarterly bonus based on team performance

Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the United States, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Required qualifications for this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ideally, you’ll have 10+ years of experience in product implementation, project management, customer success, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience leading SaaS project implementations (around 3+ years) is highly valued, but comparable experience in tech or service delivery is also welcome.
  • Experience leading and supporting a large team, with a focus on coaching, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is helpful—PMP certification is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Strong Excel skills are useful (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), but we’re happy to support growth in this area.
  • Experience writing SQL queries is preferred, but not essential.
  • Exposure to platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website builders is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with merchant processing or online payments providers is advantageous.
