About the opportunity

Join our Finance Vertical as Order to Cash Assistant Manager in Newcastle to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into Order to Cash Director, you will help us manage sales ledger and managing the end-to-end revenue cycle—from processing customer orders and ensuring accurate subscription billing to overseeing collections and supporting revenue recognition. You'll also help lead our global O2C operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of the end-to-end order to cash cycle, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across finance and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required to ensure this is done.
  • Deputize for the regional assistant managers
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and process improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows along side Managers within the team and main stakeholders
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance.

Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you’ll spend three days per week in the Newcastle office and two working from home.

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Proven experience in managing O2C operations and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration projects. NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in the SAAS and payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills necessity
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
