Company Description

At Xplor, we believe that helping people make the most of each day is the most rewarding way to spend ours.

We give small and medium-sized businesses cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions that enable them to manage all the hassles of running and growing a business, so business owners can get back to doing what they love. With Xplor Pay, we help businesses get paid quickly and securely – without hidden fees. We built the tech ourselves, and our platform delivers secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payments.

We are unified by our purpose of helping people to succeed. So, when you become part of our team, you also become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with Xplor products.

Job Description

Join our Xplor Gym product team in building the platform that powers thousands of gyms and fitness businesses around the world. In this role, you’ll shape features used by owners, staff, and members daily and your decisions will directly influence how efficiently gyms operate and how smoothly members experience their fitness journeys.

As a Senior Product Manager at Xplor Gym, you will own meaningful parts of our all-in-one platform from memberships and scheduling to payments and member engagement. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with gym operators to understand their workflows, collaborate with talented Design and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that work, and drive execution on initiatives that have real, measurable impact.

You'll report to our VP of Product Management and play a key role in supporting customer migrations, removing blockers, and delivering on an established roadmap that solves genuine problems for our users.

What you will do:

  • Lead discovery, validation, definition, delivery, and optimisation of features across the platform.

  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver valuable, usable, technically sound solutions.

  • Use data to drive insights, shape prioritisation, and evaluate product performance.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap and release updates clearly across the business.

  • Run structured testing, pilot programs and feature rollouts; iterate fast based on feedback.

  • Collaborate with engineering, commercial, support and implementation teams to ensure alignment and shared outcomes.

  • Evaluate new opportunities, quantify value, and feed into quarterly/annual planning.

  • Support and maintain our customer feedback loops (NPS, feature voting, app reviews).

  • Contribute to capacity planning, delivery rituals, and team-wide product excellence.

This role is hybrid, with 2–3 days a week in our Melbourne office.

Qualifications

What would make me a good candidate?

We are looking for curious and empathetic people. We also love to hear from people who are motivated by meaningful work, resonate with our four core values, have a positive outlook, are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive working in an ever-evolving and complex environment. We are inspired by meeting big picture thinkers and doers, people who can be both tactical and strategic, aim high and put people first in everything they do.

  • Proven track record in product management at a senior level, demonstrating ownership of full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery

  • Strong experience in SaaS product development with demonstrated success in multi-platform environments

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams while keeping teams aligned and focused.

  • Capability to define success metrics, measure impact, and shape a clear roadmap.

  • Comfort discussing technical concepts and simplifying them for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Track record of influencing outcomes and bringing people with you

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to make a measurable difference.

  • Experience in fitness is a plus but not required.

At Xplor, we believe that the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersections of our differences - people of diverse cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences. So even if you think you do not tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply.
