Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement) for capital equipment product lines and subassemblies.
- Design systems and components that meet custom needs and requirements specific to customers.
- Evaluation and selection of materials and commercial parts.
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
- Create 3D/2D models and drawings in requirements.
- Maintain BOM, work instructions and assembly drawings in parallel to each other.
- Prepare product reports and documentation.
- Familiar with hand tools/ power tools/ machine manufacturing procedure.
- Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods.
- Participate in product design reviews.
- Cross functional discussion and collaboration.
- Provide assistance to Technical Support and Service personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
