Your MissionWe’re after an Implementation Consultant who loves turning messy requirements into elegant, AI-powered roll-outs. You’ll steer new hospitality partners through the entire onboarding journey from the first “Welcome!” email to the confetti-laden go-live.
- Think like a builder-detective: break problems apart, test hypotheses, and use data (and a hefty dose of curiosity) to uncover friction.
- Prompt-craft your way to clarity: experiment with different AI prompts, automations, and internal bots to surface answers fast and keep implementations sprinting.
- Solve in public: share what works (and what doesn’t) with Sales, Customer Success, and Product so the whole team levels up together.
- Keep the magic simple: translate complex tech into crisp tasks, clear comms, and aha! moments that make our venues wonder why they didn’t switch sooner.

What You’ll Do- 🎯 Be the go-to guide from post-sale to platform launch — think of yourself as their digital sherpa.
- 📞 Communicate clearly via phone, email, Google Meet, and in-person when needed.
- 🛠 Champion and improve our implementation processes — if there’s a better way, you’ll help us find it.
- 🤝 Coordinate across teams to keep everyone on track, informed, and smiling.
- 📋 Keep customer and billing records tight, tidy, and up to date.
- 📣 Be a voice of the customer — sharing insights and feedback that help our product shine.
- 📊 Monitor customer health and flag any issues early so we keep satisfaction sky-high.
- 🔄 You’re a master of managing change — for yourself and your customers.
