Hospitality Tech | AI-Enabled Outbound Sales

We’re hiring Melbourne-based SDRs at Otto, an AI Phone Agent built for restaurants.

This is not a traditional SDR role. Alongside your own outbound activity, you’ll be given the tools and support to build and orchestrate AI SDRs that work with you - helping you generate more pipeline over time and increase your commission through leverage, not longer hours.

Otto answers phone calls for restaurants - handling customer enquiries, reservations, and phone orders, and sending orders straight into the POS.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Outbound prospecting to hospitality operators (calls, email, multi-channel)
  • Booking high-quality demos for Account Executives
  • Selling into restaurants you can genuinely understand - independents, takeaway spots, small groups and more
  • Using AI tools to:
  • Train AI SDRs on real conversations and objections
  • Automate and scale parts of outreach intelligently
  • Increase demo volume without linear increases in effort
  • Feeding real-world learnings back into messaging, targeting, and AI training
