We’re building the next generation of sales talent at Otto — an AI Phone Assistant helping restaurants handle calls, take orders, and manage their time without missing revenue.
And we’re looking for people who understand hospitality to help take it to market.
About OttoRestaurants are drowning in phone calls — orders, reservations, enquiries — often during peak service when no one can answer.
Otto solves that.
It’s an AI Phone Assistant that handles those calls and sends orders directly into the POS — helping venues capture more revenue without adding staff.
Otto is part of HHM Group, the team behind Hungry Hungry and MOBI, with deep roots in hospitality and thousands of venues already in our ecosystem.
This is a sales role focused on the hospitality industry, with opportunities across:
- Outbound pipeline generation (SDR)
- Demo-led sales and closing (AE)
Depending on your experience, you’ll either:
- Build pipeline and book high-quality demos, or
- Run demos, close deals, and own revenue
In both cases, you’ll be working with a product that operators immediately understand — because it solves a real, daily problem.

- Building relationships with venue owners and managers
